Jessica is a Certified Professional Life & Financial Coach, Consultant, and Facilitator. In addition to the numerous financial Industry licenses and certifications she has obtained, she also holds educational degrees within the Applied Arts and Sciences fields. These degrees are in the areas of Interdisciplinary Studies and Corrections. She is also the proud mother of two adult sons. 

She started her own entrepreneurship journey over 10 years ago. This happened after discovering that the quality of work she provided consistently for over 10 years had made a real difference within a financial advisory practice. The practice was still in the startup phase when she began working there. 

At the time she discovered this, she was an Associate Financial Advisor and the Office Manager overseeing a team. Within those 10 years, she had successfully helped to grow the practice into a 9-figure private wealth financial advisory practice.  Alongside her discovery, she also discovered her passion for coaching and consulting. That passion included helping entrepreneurs turn ideas and businesses into profitable brands and legacies. 

This was the moment that she chose to create JLS Vision Services, LLC. She did this with the intention of helping even more entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed. This intention led to her choice of turning down a partnership offer from the practice. She chose to leave the practice that she played a large role in building to branch out on her own.

Once JLS Vision Services, LLC. was founded over 10 years ago, Jessica went on to contribute her acquired knowledge, experience, and tailor-made process to successfully assist even more individuals and businesses. She did this by providing bookkeeping, processes, strategies, trainings, financial consulting, and financial coaching for her clients. 

This assistance included helping them scale their businesses, become more profitable, achieve national recognition, and more. 

Jessica built the brand on her firm belief that entrepreneurs are typically great at what they do in their business and that is what their focus should be on. However, she also firmly believes that in order to have a business that works, a solid foundation on which to build is necessary. This includes mindset, finances, and proven processes to support the business. 

She is passionate about helping others create what they envision. This has led to her contributing her obtained knowledge, skills, and creativity to assist many individuals and businesses with accomplishing that goal. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys spending time with her children, reading, discovering new places to visit, walking outdoors, and relaxing at the beach.
